The post about package.preload contains a little error. In the
documentation [1], the functions inside the package.loaders table are
now called "searchers", and not "loaders". The "loader" term refers to
something else: the functions returned by "searchers", example of
which are the C luaopen_* functions, or the main chunk of each Lua
module file once compiled (but not yet run). The package.preload table
actually contains loaders.
