Simplest possible IUP app?

Hi all,

I may (or may not) have installed IUP on my computer. Could someone point me 
to the simplest possible IUP app? Far as I'm concerned, if it throws up 
nothing but a window I have to close with a kill command that would be fine 
with me. If it has an X for close at the corner, or even a close button, so 
much the better. Beyond that, anything else is just adding more factors to 
investigate in case of failure.
