For the readers wondering about the absence of a line
@echo "INSTALL_CMOD=$(INSTALL_CMOD)"
as from the 'echo' target, I suggest running lua in the makefiles
and getting the path from 'package.cpath'; This approach is more
portable than pkg-config and a better option after all.
