Can you tell us which procedures, email addresses, and websites you have
tried, and what errors they have returned (if any?). Message IDs may
also help track down the problem.

Hundreds? Out of interest, you may be able to solve a conundrum for us;
have you only recently started receiving mails for this list? We'd had
a deluge of people ask to be unsubscribed as soon as the list moved
server.
