Patrick, You are correct various members have differing levels of attention/expectations but in general this list tries to accommodate everyone interested in Lua.  The community is much more bottoms up and varied that you might imagine, if you're interested in something, throw it out there and see what the response is. If you've searched for something and can't find an answer after a couple of hours, then you should feel free to ask here for guidance. It's really a small group of Lua fans, sometimes the list is more friendly than others, but the focus is using/learning/improving Lua.

Specific are always good, A Lua tutor list or Lua module list sounds great, but whose itch is bad enough or motivation great enough to run & organize such a list?.
