It also happens on my Google Apps domain. As an immediate solution, I
added an filter with the action "never mark as spam" matching emails
coming from the list, so, it does not precludes me from receiving the
list messages via IMAP.
Does Gmail have some kind of whitelisting procedure for legit lists?
