[ANN] luaposix 5.1.6 released

Hi,

I'm proud to annouce luaposix 5.1.6.

This release adds time functions: gettimeofday, clock_getres,
clock_gettime, localtime, gmtime, time, strftime

Download directly from cgit[1] or from luaforge[2].

All thanks goes to Tim Niemueller who did the work.

There are partial API documentation available on the Alpine Linux
wiki[3]. Feel free to help out clean that up.
