Is this project still alive? I tried to use it via the LuaForge binaries and via Lua for Windows and in both cases simple examples crash under Windows 7 64-bit. I tried to build it from source but it fails under VS2010, and I don't really know enough about VS or C# (I'm used to C and C++ via makefiles) to resolve it. Most of the questions on LuaForge forums are unanswered, and questions posted to this list in May and June were also unanswered.
Is there anyone actively using this for something... stable?
