I see that most of it is dedicated to the work with paths. I did not
found any relevant modules in LuaRocks. Perhaps you would care to
release your code as a LuaRocks module?

Also, can you show a script that uses the code that you shared? I'm
interested in usage patterns for Lua "shell-scripting".
