You send an email to the address specified in the headers, or use the
web interface specified in the headers:
List-Unsubscribe: <http://bazar2.conectiva.com.br/mailman/listinfo/lua>,
<mailto:lua-request@bazar2.conectiva.com.br?subject=unsubscribe>
Remember that you'll need to send the email "from" the address you are
subscribed from.
