[ANN] Lua Forum + Mailing List Announcements

Just a heads up, the Lua forum at LuaHUB is now carrying the [ANN] from 
this mailing list. This post also serves as the import script's (written 
in Lua of course) test.

The email subject is filtered with the Lua pattern "^%[ANN%](.-)$". The 
resulting capture (trimmed of whitespace) then becomes the new subject 
in the forum. The body is posted unaltered.
