Lua editors with remote debugging support

Hi again,

Does anyone know of a good Windows Lua editor, free or commercial, that can
- Attach to a Lua runtime inside a different application, preferably 
over the network.
- Inspect, debug and run Lua inside that application.

Visual Studio integration and/or support for Linux would be a plus.
