The DNS servers seem to be b0rked.

vialactea.rdc.puc-rio.br works
exu.inf.puc-rio.br returns SERVFAIL
calisto.rdc.puc-rio.br works
guanabara.rederio.br returns a list of the other DNS servers

Your ISP has cached the SERVFAIL status or something so the domain is 
not resolving for you.

It's a problem at PUC-RIO.
