Please note that the sample code for MVC does not work with Kepler 1.1
due to a recently found bug in WSAPI.
WSAPI wasn't used when the gem was written (at that time we were using
Kepler 1.0) but the fix is already available in CVS and will be part
of the Kepler 1.1.1 release.
