I can't say anything any more, but I can point to Troy Gaul's recent  
presentation at the C4 conference:

63% Lua (via appropriate filtering choices about what gets counted).

I am reasonably certain, however, that Lightroom 1.0 used Lua 5.1 in  
some form as opposed to 5.0.
