Just a quicky - I can replicate this crash using the 5.1.4 from Lua
Binaries under Windows XP in a VM.  The exception code is 0xd, although
I can't copy and paste the details out of the dialogue box it displays!

Perhaps somebody with a Windows tool chain should debug this. :)
