Sorry, I wasn´t very clear on my question.
And it doesn´t have to be a 'complete' port to C#.
Just the interpreter, the code would be in precompiled bytecodes.
And even without the libraries. Just a way of register C# functions (methods) to be called from Lua.

The problem is XNA does not provide C++ compiler, only C# compiler for Xbox360.
So I think the question must be then be : Is there any stable C# implementation of lua runtime
