It appears that Pete is running the old version of LuaXMLRPC; I would
recommend getting the latest CVS snapshot (not changed in a year or
so) at http://luaforge.net/snapshots.php?group_id=16. That might help
a bit in clearing up some issues for running with Lua 5.1.3
For the record, I used LuaXMLRPC with the remote API with of the
uber-cool wiki package Confluence and it worked like a charm.
