I got somthing with %LUA_DIR%, which meant, that the
shell-variable had not been expanded.
Now I set the LUA_CPATH explicitly and it works fine!

BTW: I hat followed the recommendations in "Beginning Lua
Programming" on page 6.  Seems to be erronous.
