Yes, I remember we had to fight not to remove lua 4.0 when we
introduced lua 5.1

They asked kindly on #debian-qa, and I forwarded that request here.
So far, nobody seems interested in the Debian package for lua 4.0, thus a
removal seems reasonable to me.
