While the spec is very clear that header keyword is
case insensitive, I have come across many code
examples(and amateur implementations) that use the
keyword as they appear in RFC. That indicates there
can be many of such 'implemented yet again' httpd out
there, especially in embedded device where they would
only tested with IE/firefox.

So I think it would be better to have headers sent as
proper cased for maximum compatibility.
