2 minor typos in PIL and REF

Hi,

I found two minor typos:

PIL, p237,238,239: 
	
"error(L, ..." should be "luaL_error(" I think.

REF, p40: 

the "lua_pcall(..." declaration misses the int return type.

Maybe they were already reported, I only did a (very) quick scan of the
mailingarchives.
