wiki cleanup? Re: allowing value evaluations as statements

Thanks, that is a fine page (we should clean up Wiki to be worthy the  
language, this particular page is fine!)

(especially clear all 4.0 mentions to an area of their own, and  
_clearly_ mark that new code is applicable to 5.1, not implying the  
version, ever)
