Hi,

I updated my recently released "Application Server" implementation.

- It is a client/server library to run Lua code at server side
- Changes:
  - Wrote some documentation (It is called "readme" on my home page)
  - Lua client api is simplified
  - Implemented an app and client for Michael Roth's lua-sqlite3-0.3
