[ANN] Lua-GD 2.0.33r1 released

Hi folks,

I've just released Lua-GD 2.0.33r1, the first stable version of Lua-GD,
the bindings between Lua and Thomas Boutell's gd library[1]. There was no
changes in the existing beta API, but new functions were added. This
release has also some bugfixes, updated documentation and some new
examples available.
