Lua and Tecgraf

After thirteen years, Lua is officially leaving Tecgraf for its own
laboratory at PUC-Rio, called Lua.org.

We thank everybody in Tecgraf, and specially its head, Prof. Marcelo
Gattass, for their continued support during all those years.

Although Lua's copyright notice will reflect this change and read
        "Lua 5.1  Copyright (C) 1994-2005 Lua.org, PUC-Rio"
we would like to stress that, legally, nothing changes. Both Tecgraf and
the Lua.org are laboratories of the Department of Computer Science, and
so are merely internal divisions of the same legal institution, PUC-Rio.
