is there a tool to generate c/c++ code for lua?

to make it a bit clearer:

 

basicly, I wanted to define the structure 'StructLua' in Lua and wanted to access it both in Lua and C/C++? is there a tool to convert such lua code to C/C++ code so that I have a C/C++ counterpart and I can access it in C/C++?
