I’ve begun work on a lua module for SWIG 1.3. Currently, there is support for functions, global variables, and constants but C++ support is in the works. If you are interested in testing it or contributing, I expect the code will be in the SWIG CVS today sometime. (the admin is reviewing it now) The examples require the LuaBinaryModules patch but you can easily link the generated code into any program without that module. Let me know what you think.
