[ANN] Win32 API wrappers project launched

Hi:

"Win32 API wrappers" is a new project trying to group several Win32/Lua 
libraries.
The "win32 api bindings" has been moved from Kurmi to the new project:

There is a new library avaliable: wrapper for the WinHTTP.dll 
(W2k/XP/W2k3)(beta Preview 1):
