bitlib: tiny update

I just remembered that in fact, I had made one slight update to bitlib: 
the Makefile now builds a shared library that is dynamically linked 
against both liblua and liblualib, in the same way as my recent fixes to 
my Lua RPMs.

In fact, until a few minutes ago it was only linking dynamically to 
liblua, not to liblualib. Oops. So those eager souls who have already 
downloaded the new bitlib should redownload. Sorry!
