Two Questions.
1) Why is it available free online instead of pay to download?
2) Why did you guys decide to do this now?
I've been waiting and looking for an online version for a couple
months now and finally put the money out to buy the book last week.
It's a good book, but thats a little frustrating since I wanted to buy
an online (preferably PDF) version in the first place.
