Around 230 copies has been already ordered to the printer until last
update (a few days ago). Considering that this list has more than 600
members, and that many copies were bought by non list-members (and that
some list members bought several copies), the book still has lots of
potential ;)
By the way, the book is available again in Europe:
Amazon.fr: Disponibilité : 2 à 4 semaines
Amazon.co.uk: Availability: usually dispatched within 1 to 2 weeks.
