I use SCiTE for Lua coding. It's also my default text editor that has replaced the notepad on Win2k. I would be interested in the change. I have also promoted this editor for other more specialized text sources using its syntax highlighting capability for them. Very interested in what you are doing.

Also your introduction of the 'macros' menu sounds like a very good idea.
