[ANNOUNCE] Release 10 of Lua C libraries bit and rex

I've just made a new release of my Lua C libraries, bit and rex (formerly
known as bitlib and rexlib in their Lua 4 incarnation).

This release fixes a double-free bug in rex found and fixed by Thatcher
Ullrich (thanks!). bit is unaffected.

As far as I can tell, the Lua 4 version of the libraries (latest version
is release 8) is unaffected by this bug (in fact, it was a bug I
introduced by insufficient modification of the code from the Lua 4 to the
Lua 5 version).

If anyone finds bugs in either release 8 (Lua 4) or release 10 (Lua 5) I'd
be delighted to hear about them; in particular, I'm happy to continue
supporting the Lua 4 version for a while until it stops being used. I
still use it!
