If I add -DLUA_DEBUG to my CFLAGS, ltests.c gets compiled, but fails,
because it refers to luaP_opnames, which is only defined if LUA_OPNAMES is
defined. There's a bug here, but it's up to the authors exactly where.
The obvious thing would seem to be to define LUA_OPNAMES automatically if
LUA_DEBUG is defined.
