serial port from Lua (testers needed!)

Hi, all.

I've done a Serial Port access module for Lua last week, and would like 
to get 'field feedback' from other developers/users. It's part of gluax 
2.12 but not available for download yet (i can send it to you if you 
want).

It offers an identical Lua interface accross Win32/Linux/OSX so your 
serial port applications would become platform independent.

  Win32 status:  tested, works :)
  Linux status:  might work, needs testing
  OS X status:   port name mapping (= 1,2,.. to OS X device names) 
needs to be added
