Sorry for the late reply, I've been all the day away.
I missed lua_xmove, lua_dump, lua_topointer and lua_tothread. There also a
few macros that would be worth mentioning like lua_boxpointer.
Specially clear are the new sections about upvalues and the new lexical
scoping. Good work!
