Don't take that as a sign that they didn't read you.
I guess they don't want to discuss new features on the list, to avoid
raising wrong expectations.
The last time i proposed something, i had exactly the same feeling like you.
But to my surprise, some of my proposed changes were incorporated into Lua
5.
Besides, Roberto is still on vacation.
