Anyone use Lua with Code Warrior for Windows?

Hi,

Anyone use Lua with Code Warrior for Windows?  I'm running 4.2.5.788
of the IDE on Win95 OSR2.  It has targets for Windows and PalmOS 
available.

I'm asking because I wonder if anyone can provide a 'heads up'
on what might have to be changed to be compatible with Code Warrior,
seeing as the libraries supplied in the binary distributions are
apparently for Visual C(++) 4 and 5, and a Watcom compiler.

Will simply directly linking the DLLs work?  Is this written up 
some place in the Wiki or in a FAQ somewhere?   Are the Watcom
or VC++ compilers compatible in some sense?
