papers and theses that use Lua

I'm trying to assemble a web page listing all known papers, magazine articles,
Ph.D. theses, M.Sc. dissertations, etc. that use Lua. Please send me directly
entries in HTML with complete bibliographical data, ideally including a
URL for the text or for the contact author.

Here is an example:
