I have successfully compiled lua-pdflib (as per your new name :) for
Windows.
I had to compile my LibLua and LibLuaLib libraries in Multithread version
(instead of Multithread DLL, which allows to link the generated exe to the
MSVCRT.dll, making slightly smaller exes), to be compatible with the default
project files given with PDFlib.
It makes a 765KB application, using the 4.0 lua.c modified to include
pdflib.
I ran successfully the given samples, except pdfclock, because MS' strftime
doesn't seems to understand the %T format. I replaced it with %H:%M:%S
I will try and play with this little gem.
Regards.
