[Q] precompiled binary of tklua for Win32

Hello all,

being new to Lua (and TkLua), I'd like to ask the geeks of you where to get precompiled binaries of TkLua (bin and lib) together with Lua 4.x for the Windows platform (I'm running Win98SE, Tcl/Tk are installed)
