How about moving this page to the wiki?

I have been meaning to add a new markup that will create an anchor index to
all headings on a page.  With that we could do something just like the uses
page (http://www.lua.org/uses.html) where there is an index of names / short
descriptions at the top of the page which link to detailed info below.
