Speaking of grudges against the documentation, I happened to find out
yesterday, by trial and error, that lua_rawseti seems to pop the item you're
setting. It doesn't say it does, so I had to try it both ways to see what
happened. Of course, it's generally obvious that's what happens.. but you
know what they say, There's something to be said for clarity.
