We are very pleased to announce that Lua has now a new official site:
	http://www.lua.org/
	ftp://ftp.lua.org/

Some links may not work just yet (for instance http://www.lua.org/ftp).
We are working on this and other details.

We are interested in hearing whether this new site is faster or more reliable
than http://www.tecgraf.puc-rio.br/lua/, specially for people outside Brazil.
(Please send your reports directly to us at lua@tecgraf.puc-rio.br instead
of to the whole list.)

This new site comes to life due to the wonderful generosity of Jim Mathies,
who bought the domain lua.org and donated it to us (!), and of Claudio Terra,
whose Soho One now hosts lua.org. Many, many thanks to Jim and Claudio!
