[ANNOUNCE] POSIX library for Lua 4.0

I've converted Claudio Terra's poslib to Lua 4.0.
It's now a single module.

It's available at http://www.tecgraf.puc-rio.br/lua/ftp/poslib.tar.gz and
soon at the mirror sites.

I did not test it much, but it does pass the original test suite.
