No benchmarks, just what I've read. I'll try and cook up something
in the way of a benchmark. And you were right, my ruby wasn't
stripped, I just stripped it and the sizes are now:
; ls -l /usr/bin/{lua,ruby,perl,qscheme}
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 70464 Apr 25 12:57 /usr/bin/lua
-rwxr-xr-x 2 root root 527856 Feb 2 2000 /usr/bin/perl
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 192564 Sep 25 18:55 /usr/bin/qscheme
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 501384 Sep 25 18:54 /usr/bin/ruby
;
Cool!
