small lua-l archive

As Mauro Vezzosi suggested, I've added lua-l-recent.gz to Lua's ftp site.
It contains all messages since lua-l came back to life (23 Aug 2000).
lua-l-recent will be updated daily, with lua-l-archive, which still contains
all lua-l postings.

I'm not sure how often I should "re-start" lua-l-recent. I'll see how it grows.

Also, I hope that having two archives is not confusing (I'm not adding a
link to it to the web pages for this reason).
