Lua 3.1 compilation difficulties

Ok I think I know what I was doing wrong with the typedef's,
even though I haven't had a chance to try it.  I wasn't
including the ../include directory in the Makefile or project
(I had to change it a little to include it into a larger project),
so none of the typedefs were included before because they were
moved.

I'll try to compile it soon and see what happens.
