I know a lot of people have "problems" with Apache libraries but they 
work fine for me. Feel free to write your own multipart parser ;-). As I 
mentioned before this is useful to me whether other projects use it or 
not. Also the installed size of the Debian libapreq2 package is about 
120 KB, that's not too bad IMHO.
